A seasoned Quality Assurance professional with over 15 years of
experience in the tech industry, specialising in test automation,
quality strategy, and platform testing with an emphasis on
reliability and user satisfaction. Track record spans leading QA
teams and driving hands-on technical delivery, most recently
within financial services, and previously focusing on a mobile
platform for the Global Cycling Network.
Designed and built a bespoke test automation framework (PRAT)
using .NET, Playwright, Reqnroll and NUnit, significantly reducing
regression testing time and improving release confidence.
Experienced in evaluating and introducing automation tooling,
mentoring team members in test automation and coding practices,
and maintaining audit-ready testing evidence within regulated
environments.
Currently undertaking a Level 7 apprenticeship to further develop
